Marc Robinson is a founding partner of Southeast Apartment Partners. Along with Joshua Goldfarb, Marc has been responsible for all aspects of the company's growth since its inception. Marc has had direct involvement with virtually all transactions handled by the Atlanta office since 2002 and along with Joshua, maintains involvement in most transactions throughout the company offices. In the six years since SEAP was founded Marc has had direct involvement with the sale of over 30,000 apartment units with an aggregate sale volume in excess of One Billion dollars while leading the expansion of the company's 5 additional offices throughout the southeast with transactions handled in 7 states. Marc's day to day responsibilities include maintaining and cultivating client relationships, direct transaction management, as well as management of the regional offices. Marc is frequently quoted in industry publications and is recognized as one of the leading apartment brokers in the southeast.

Prior to forming Southeast Apartment Partners, Marc was a top producing broker at Marcus & Millichap, Earning firm-wide Rookie of the Year Honors in his first year with the firm. Marc earned a prestigious National Achievement Award in each of his subsequent years with the firm.

Joshua Goldfarb joined partner Marc Robinson in February 2002 when Southeast Apartment Partners was founded. Prior to growing Southeast Apartment Partners, Joshua was an apartment broker with Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing primarily in private capital assets. Mr. Goldfarb's brokerage career began with Moran & Company, a Chicago based boutique apartment brokerage firm specializing in institutional grade multi-family assets throughout the United States. Prior to his brokerage career, Joshua worked as an acquisitions manager for United Dominion Realty Trust (NYSE:UDRT), an apartment REIT, where he acquired over $150 million in Class A and B apartment assets in markets throughout the southeast. Joshua's real estate career began with Arthur Anderson handling tax allocation and bankruptcy turnaround.

Joshua holds a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.

James L. (Jimmy) Adams, joined the firm in June of 2004 to establish the firm's presence in the state of Alabama. Since opening the Birmingham office, Jimmy has had exceptional success. His office has led all SEAP Regional offices in sales and transactions each of his years with the firm. Jimmy is recognized as one of the leading apartment brokers in the state of Alabama and is frequently referenced in trade publications. He has handled transactions throughout the state of Alabama as well as Mississippi and maintains strong market presence in both Birmingham and Montgomery.

Prior to joining SEAP, Jimmy was Vice President of Investment Sales for DRS Realty, an Atlanta based firm that specializes in the brokerage, ownership and management of multi-family assets in Georgia. Prior to DRS Realty, Jimmy was Director of Acquisitions for Workman & Company, an Atlanta based investment firm with multi-family, office and retail holdings. Jimmy's career in real estate began with Can-Am Realty Partners in Atlanta, Georgia, where he specialized in the brokerage of multi-family assets. Prior to his departure, Jimmy was the leading multi-family broker at the firm.

Jordan McCarley established the Charlotte of office of SEAP in early 2007. Since opening the office, Jordan has increased the firm's presence in both the Charlotte, North Carolina, and Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina markets, with notable closings in each region.

Jordan joined the firm's Atlanta office in fall of 2005. Since joining the firm, Jordan has been a critical part of the growth of the firm. During his tenure on the Atlanta deal team, the team handled the sale of approximately 4500 units with an aggregate sales volume of $150,000,000. Additionally, Jordan was responsible for creating most of the firm's financial and underwriting models.

Robert Stickel is an Investment Advisor, based in the Atlanta office, whose responsibilities include all of the firm's brokerage activities in Macon, Augusta and Columbus, Georgia.

Robert joined the Atlanta office of SEAP in May of 2005. Since joining the firm, Robert has been a critical part of the growth of the firm. His responsibilities have ranged from operational management and hiring to direct brokerage and marketing of assets handled by the Atlanta deal team. During his tenure on the Atlanta deal team, the team handled the sale of over 11,000 units with an approximate sales volume of $375,000,000.

Prior to SEAP, Robert was with Bank of America for three years in Global Treasury Management.

Robert holds a BBA in Management from the University of Georgia.
