The SEAP in-house marketing team works with each of our clients from initial contact, throughout the entire sales process, to the closing. Our specialized team dedicated to every project is comprised of: graphic designers, production managers, and marketing coordinators. SEAP marketing material is original, professional, and will provide both client and investor the detailed information needed to make informed sales decisions.
SEAP dedicates an Escrow Coordinator to each deal who manages all elements of the escrow and transaction process. This individual coordinates the collection and distribution of due diligence information, including property and legal documents, and monitors each of the several contract deadlines. Upon full execution, the Escrow Coordinator reviews all sections of the contract to confirm each provision has been acknowledged and addressed, providing both buyer and seller absolute confidence in the transaction process.
